Take a moment to think about what you really enjoy doing with your partner. Maybe it’s making a holiday dinner together for your family, or planning vacations, or chores like folding laundry or grocery shopping, or working on your house on the weekend, or taking a daily walk together.

Some of these are not that big, like going for a regular walk together and some are major, like planning a vacation. All of them are ways we have of spending intentional time together. Some of them occur naturally, (I like washing and chopping ingredients and my wife likes to do the cooking.)
